“For a modest stay in the 1st arrondissement, this hotel's true advantage is its superb location-practically on top of the Châtelet metro stop. Though the building carries its age and rooms lean toward the petite Parisian standard, it's clean and equipped with an elevator, a definite plus. I found the staff genuinely welcoming, and having a grocery store next door adds unexpected convenience.”
